Creating Declarations and Intentions

Creating something when we don't know what we want the outcome to be can be a little difficult to say the least. We have ALL been there right?! Something happens like the ending of a job or relationship and someone always seems to ask "What are you going to do?" Or "What do you want now?" Then you give that look like "how the hell do I know" and cry in your ice cream. Believe it or not this is actually a great time to create an intention or a statement of declaration.

You can actually create one any time! However, when you are at a low point, an intention can have a much higher vibration to create something new for yourself to help kick start your momentum. I learned about intentions and declarations from an Law of Attraction guru Sonia Ricotti. She has an amazing book and online course called "Unsinkable" check it out you will be glad you did. She talks about how she went from nothing to something to nothing again and back to something by using the law of attraction. One thing she mentions is setting an intention or declaration.

I love declarations when you don't know really what you want. Intentions I feel are more for when you do know. I have set many declarations and intentions over the years and boy I am glad I did. Just when things are falling apart, they are really falling together for me. I don't realize it usually at the time of course but everything always works out even when they seem they aren't. My most memorable declaration was when I was unemployed and not sure if the lights were going to be on the next month. Drowning in debt and not sure how I was going to get out of that mess. My declaration sounded like this. "I am so thankful for all the amazing things I have in my life and I know that things don't seem to be going well for me right now but I know this hasn't happened for nothing and I know I will come out brighter and better on the other side of this". I surrendered in that moment and gave it to the universe to figure out. Though my learning I have realized the how and why is never my business only the results are. I get to choose the results. Henry ford said "if you think you can or if you think you can't, you are right." Every thought, every Intention and declaration has power.

Intentions are to create the results you want such as " I will get the perfect client for me. They will be open, ready to work and learn. I will receive thier call this week and they will be excited to change thier life when they call me. Here in this example I know exactly what I want to create in my intention.

It doesn't matter if you are looking to set an intention or declarations just start creating something for yourself. It is through the ashes of disparity I can find either strength or weakness. I get to choose which one I find when the dust settles.

In Happiness,

Jessica Jansen.
