Tips and Helpful Hints. 

If you experience an emergency always call 911. 


  • After your sessions it is important to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. 


  • Journal your thoughts and experiences between sessions so you can discuss changes and any new awareness at your next session.


  • Book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and times you prefer.  


  • Call, text, or email between session if you are having any difficulties, concerns or questions. I am here for you and want to help. I do my best to respond as quickly as I am available.  


  • If you are thinking of discontinuing your sessions discuss that with me. Your results are my results. I always want to make sure you are getting the best.  I can always recommend another service or practitioner to meet your needs or I may be able to point you in the right direction. 


  • Meditate a minimum of 15 minutes every day. The silence is where your guidance system is. Also, this is where you learn self trust and safety. This can help quiet fear and anxiety so you can remember that everything is alright.
